For this project, our clients were retired professionals looking for a home that would suit them in the next stage of life. This meant we needed to take into consideration functional living and easy access, while also making the most of the available views to create a beautiful home that suited their lifestyle. For the easy access requirement, we designed this home with ramped access to the house from the garage, and also included wider doorways and access points. The views to the south and west were considered when designing the layout, ensuring the couple could enjoy their views from the main living areas.
